highmind is a personal performance and recovery app for office workers. It reads your sleep and heart data (with your permission, via Apple Health) and offers guided resets and an AI coach, Neo, to help you manage focus and energy during your workday.
highmind is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health care. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a health condition, consult a qualified professional before relying on any guidance from the app.
Neo is powered by Claude, an AI model built by Anthropic. Neo's responses are generated dynamically and, like any AI system, may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not well suited to your specific situation. You should use judgment when acting on anything Neo suggests, the same way you would with any general guidance, and should not treat Neo's output as professional advice.
You'll be asked to consent before Neo is used for the first time, and you can review or withdraw that consent in Settings at any time.
highmind includes automated detection intended to recognize language associated with self-harm or suicide risk and to direct you to crisis support resources (in Australia, Lifeline on 13 11 14) when this occurs. This feature is a safety measure, not a clinical or diagnostic tool, and it may not catch every instance of genuine risk. If you or someone you know is in crisis, contact a crisis service or emergency services directly rather than relying on the app.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings (see our Privacy Policy for what deletion covers).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
